Refunds & returns

All hair and tattoo services are non-refundable. If you have any questions about this policy please email us at hello@marlowegeneral.com

Most of our hair products are eligible for a buy-back program. This means if you have 50% or more left, and it is not expired, we will refund you for the product. 

For general store items, we have a 30 day return policy with receipt (electronic receipt is okay!). To be eligible for a return on a general store item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Some items will not be eligible for return, such as damaged or used general store items. All charges incurred for hair or tattoo services are non-refundable, including deposits made for tattoo appointments, in the event of a cancellation.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
