Just a reminder that our Cancellation Policy requires 48 hours notice for all colour services and 24 hours notice minimum for all other services. This allows our team to fill the booking time slot. Our Late Arrival Policy reserves the service provider the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment if the client is 10 minutes or more late. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a 50% charge of the service booked at our discretion.
